Level 2 Exercises

The Intermediate Step-Up

Level 2 is suitable for those who have completed Level 1 or those who occasionally work out and have a base level of fitness.

Utilizing an exercise mat, a stable chair, additional weights (ankle strap-on weights), and dumbbells, this ramped-up version of Level 1 will get your heart pumping a little faster while keeping things low-impact.
