Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must initiate the request within 30 days of purchase.
- Any unopened sachets must be returned in their original, resealable packaging.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are in acceptable condition before processing your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit. The refund amount will be prorated based on the number of sachets consumed.
Note:
- Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not provided for a change of mind.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at ask@companyofwellness.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include the following in your email to help us resolve the issue quickly:
- Your order number (include this in the email subject line).
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, unusual smell, or taste).
Once verified, we will provide instructions and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please email us at ask@companyofwellness.com within 14 days of receiving the package.
Include your order number and details of the issue so we can promptly arrange a replacement or correct your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Email us at ask@companyofwellness.com with your order number and reason for return/refund.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide detailed instructions.
- Ship the unopened products back to the address provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the refund status.
